Skin Health ( 90 Day Transformation)

Beauty and handsomeness come in all shapes & colours but patchy skin and uneven skin tone don’t let us be the best version of ourselves. When it comes to skin health we tend to care more about what we put on our body than what we put in our body, we look for quick fixes that we apply in the morning and by evening such quick fixes fade away. To improve skin health we need to take care of our diet. Many fat people have velvet skin means their neck, forehead, underarms, and between thighs have black skin. It is due to insulin insensitivity, which can be improved via a balanced diet. The following are things you can do to improve. Improve your skin health.

1. Bring back ghee and coconut on your plate- Healthy fats help maintain the lipid barrier which keeps it hydrated and prevents dryness. Healthy fats are integral to every cell membrane in the body including skin cells. A robust cell membrane results in better motion, retention and smooth, more subtle skin. Healthy fats contribute to the production and maintenance of collagen protein which helps the skin firm & elastic. This can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. He can be used on roti, and sabzi and coconut can be consumed as Chutney and garnishing Coconut water etc.

2. Have optimum water intake- If you do not work out, your water intake must be at least 3 L. If you do work out, water intake must be increased and adequate water ensures that skin cells are well hydrated, flushes out toxins from the body, support, skin elasticity, and improves blood flow, hence improving skin, and control over oil production, which can prevent pores from becoming clogged.

3. Have quality sleep- it helps in cell generation, and collagen production, under the eye dark circles make you look old which can be improved with better sleep & lower exposure to blue light from electronic devices.

4. Exercise break a sweat- When you go to a salon for facial first thing they do is put a big astronaut-style Steam machine on your face. Steam opens the pour of your skin which is clogged due to dust and pollution exposure, when you work out your sweat opens skin pores which makes the skin look cleaner and glowing.

5. Have a good fibre intake from salad and fruit. Having good fibre helps in better bowel movement. If we are constipated many start to have even pimples because your body waste is still in your body. So having good fibre intake helps with better skin.

6. Include Water soluble vitamins like B complex and vitamin C must be consumed daily through diet. As our body cannot store them They need to be consumed daily, so start including green vegetables whole grains, and fruits which are great sources of vitamin B, and for vitamin C, include citrus fruits and vegetables like gooseberry, orange, lemon and capsicum in your diet.

7. Keep one day for fast- If you are non-diabetic or don’t have any health challenges. look at our religious teachers, Swami Premanand Maharaj, Acharya Prashant, Maharaj, Acharya Vidyasagar Ji, and Dalai Lama, and look at their faces. They have so much Tejas ( glow ) on their face. Why do they glow even if they don’t use any product, cream etc? It’s because fast, fasting helps in producing growth hormones in our body leading to better skin, and health. Everyone should fast at least once a week or twice a month.

Cleaning the myth about skin health

Today for skin health. There are many expensive creams and products, Five-step six-step process creams. Such creams are high on hypocrisy and low on actual results. They can only claim to support your skin maintaining moisture but actually cannot make you fare. many creams and products even contain toxins, which are absorbed by the pores on our skin, causing more damage to our health. Many face-wash claims the power of Amla, neem, biotin, etc. Why not eat it as food over applying it to your skin? If you eat you can assimilate more nutrients, then put it on your face. For improving skin I work on root causes over quick fixes in my 90 days Day Skin Transformation Program What you eat daily in private shows on your face in public.

Have good inner health as it shows outside-

Many people will call this pseudoscience but look at senior citizens some age very gracefully but some start to look more and more awful with age. Your thoughts make the world around you so have good genuine thoughts for others in place of jealousy and comparison when we have bad intentions or bad thoughts, it starts to reflect on our faces.
