Can I have Chapati at night during weight loss?

Of course, you can consume chapati and rice. In my practice rice has been a staple dinner option with my many clients but we must take into consideration a few other things. Rot size and preparation differ in our household. I used to consume 4 to 5 rotis in dinner for each one weighing approx 90 grams, which makes the total calorie intake just from roti to be 900 to 1100 calories not considering ghee and sabzi. Ideally, roti size should be approx 35 g which is only 85 cal. Even if you consume two Chapati of 35 g, it becomes only 170 cal with Dal or sabji Contributing another hundred to 150 cal together, Meet is equivalent to around 320 cal, which is equivalent to many meal replacement shakes. There is an advantage of consuming small chapatis as our mind takes 20 minutes to register we are full. When we eat smaller Chapati we take a longer time to eat them which stops us from overeating. To lose weight we don’t need fancy diets but normal regular home-cooked food, consumed in the right proportions of dal ,sabji, roti, chawal, ghee.
