A message to all the women

When I married my wife's weight was just 52 kg she asked me to help her get 6 pack Abs I made her gain 10 kg of weight most of which came from lean muscle mass. She has gained quality muscles now she will get her abs In the upcoming 3-to 4 months.
Be very conscious 🙏 of losing muscle mass, muscle is very important for us look at old people and look at their body structure with age they lose a lot of muscles, their arms, their face. Their legs get very thin with age. It’s because of not just fat loss. It’s actually because of muscle loss. So muscle loss is equal to aging.
Lots of people including me consumed huge quantities of protein supplements, according to the latest research from ICMR, we must use protein supplements in moderation why? Because there is a lot of artificial flavouring used and because of heavy marketing we are relying more on protein supplements, than our natural diet. Muscle synthesis cannot be achieved just by proteins. You must consume carbs and fats as well. When you consume lots of supplements, but you are not eating your home-cooked food well body cannot utilise that protein in building muscles. For the woman who wants to look sexy, you must do strength training irrespective of your age strength training doesn’t mean lifting very heavy weights. I couldn’t even squat my own body weight when I started today I can easily squat 100 kg. Strength increases with time. So our goal with weight loss should be to Increase your muscles, and reduce your fat. It can only be achieved with a good lifestyle and diet.
